Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
All orders require 3–5 business days for processing prior to shipment. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Each order is reviewed, verified, and approved before fulfillment to ensure accuracy and security. Processing times may vary based on order volume and product availability.
Discrepancies between billing and shipping information may result in processing delays. If additional verification is required, we may contact you.
While we make every effort to ship orders promptly, occasional processing or carrier delays may occur.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
Orders ship from the United States via UPS or USPS for domestic orders and DHL for international orders.
Tracking information is sent via email. Delivery times vary based on the carrier and destination and are not guaranteed.
Delays resulting from carrier operations, weather conditions, or customs procedures are outside of our control.
High Value Orders & Delivery Insurance
All orders valued over $100 are shipped with additional delivery insurance.
High-value orders of $1,000 or more, or orders shipping to an address different from the billing address, may require up to two (2) additional business days for processing to complete verification and security checks.
These measures are in place to ensure the safe and secure delivery of your purchase.
Signature Required Delivery
All orders valued at $500 or more are shipped with signature confirmation required upon delivery.
This requirement helps ensure secure receipt and protects both the customer and Momo’s Closet. Signature requirements cannot be waived.
Lost & Stolen Packages
Once an order has shipped and is no longer in our possession, Momo’s Closet is not responsible for:
- Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages
- Delivery delays caused by the carrier
- Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout

All shipping claims are handled directly by Momo’s Closet. Customers must cooperate fully throughout the claims process, including providing any requested documentation such as proof of loss or damage.
Refunds or replacements, if applicable, are contingent upon the carrier’s claim determination. Failure to provide requested information may result in an inability to recover a refund or replacement.
Customs & Duties (International Orders)
Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and other fees imposed by the destination country.
Payment of any applicable import taxes, duties, customs fees, and compliance with local laws and regulations are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are typically collected at the time of delivery.
If an international shipment is refused, unclaimed, or deemed undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs and associated fees.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain items may be subject to shipping restrictions based on size, value, destination, or carrier limitations.
Momo’s Closet reserves the right to restrict shipping to certain locations, adjust shipping methods, or cancel an order if secure delivery cannot be reasonably ensured. In such cases, the customer will be notified and any applicable charges will be refunded.
