Any notable wear or imperfections are disclosed in the product description and reflected in pricing. We encourage customers to review all photos carefully prior to purchase.
Like New — Appears unworn or unused
Items appear unworn and show no visible signs of use. This category includes items that may be new with tags, new without tags, or previously owned but unused. Original tags, packaging, dust bags, or boxes are included only when noted. Minor signs of wear from storage may be present.
Excellent — Minimal signs of wear
Gently used items with light, visible signs of wear consistent with careful use.
- Shoes may show light scuffing
- Handbags and accessories may show minor corner wear or light surface scratches
- Jewelry may show minor surface wear
Very Good — Light to moderate signs of wear
Items show noticeable signs of wear consistent with regular use.
- Shoes may show moderate scuffing
- Handbags and accessories may show worn corners, scratches, or light interior wear
- Jewelry may show moderate scratches, nicks, or dents
Good — Noticeable signs of wear
Items show significant wear from extended use. Wear is clearly visible but the item remains fully functional.
- Shoes may show heavier scuffing or wear to soles and heels
- Handbags and accessories may show pronounced corner wear, scratches, or interior wear
- Jewelry may show heavier surface wear or markings
Fair — Significant signs of wear
Items show substantial wear and visible signs of heavy use. May include worn corners, significant scratches, interior wear, or other condition issues. While still usable, repair or restoration may be recommended. All condition concerns are clearly disclosed.
